Shipping Coverage

Hormorwhumi ships to all states across Nigeria. We partner with reputable logistics companies to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.

Shipping Fees

• Orders above ₦150,000: FREE shipping — no delivery fee applied.
• Orders below ₦150,000: A flat delivery fee of ₦3,500 is added at checkout.
• Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on your cart total.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a WhatsApp notification when your order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Lagos: 1–2 business days
• Abuja, Port Harcourt: 2–3 business days
• Other states: 3–5 business days
• Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the Track Order feature in the app. You'll also receive WhatsApp updates at every status change.

1. Use of the Platform

Hormorwhumi is an online retail platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes.
• For Bank Transfer orders, payment must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Orders not paid within 24 hours (Bank Transfer) may be cancelled automatically.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Hormorwhumi is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or inaccurate address information provided by the buyer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent orders or chargebacks
• Misuse of promotional codes
• Posting false or misleading reviews
• Any activity that disrupts or harms the platform

6. Changes to Terms

Hormorwhumi reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
